INGREDIENTS FOR HOMEMADE SOFRITO
• 2 medium green peppers
• 1 red sweet pepper
• 2 large tomatoes
• 2 medium onions, peeled
• 1 head of garlic, peeled
• 1 bunch cilantro leaves
• The juice of five sour oranges

Preparation:
1. Chop and blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
2. Place the mixture in a jar and refrigerate for daily use
